Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth in the Exhibitor area at the NLADA Annual Conference, November 19 - 20, 2009 in Denver. Ken Smith and Kelly Thayer of The Resource were pleased to listen and learn about people's work and discuss how we are applying evaluation, benchmarking, statistical analysis and other powerful tools to improve and to market civil justice programs throughout North America.

Three Conference Workshops Were Presented by Resource Staff:

•  The Economic Benefits of Legal Aid & the Smart Things that Programs, Funders, and A2J Groups Are Doing with the Knowledge. Our co-presenters were: Betty Balli Torres, Executive Director, Texas Access to Justice Foundation; and Lonnie Powers, Executive Director, Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation.
