3. Leadership. Leadership is about making something happen that wouldn't have happened on its own. It’s about declaring that extraordinary results are possible and publicly advocating for them! Rather than “teaching leadership,” we apply it in real time by building a “leadership expectation” into everything we do, from helping managers carry out a comprehensive legal needs assessment to finding best-practice models for addressing opportunities identified through a program evaluation. The outcome we expect from every project is not just a report but a clearly-defined set of action initiatives by which our clients can take the next step of enrolling colleagues and partners in moving forward together on the path to Full Access!
